Terms of sale

These terms apply to works bought on this website. Purchases made in the gallery, leasing contracts and works sold on request are agreed directly with the gallery.

Each work is an original. Its description, medium, size and photographs are given as accurately as possible; colours on screen may differ slightly from the work.

Prices are in euros and include Belgian VAT where it applies. Insured delivery by FedEx is included. For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and taxes, if any, are charged by the destination country and paid by the buyer.

Works marked as reserved or sold cannot be bought. If a work sells in the gallery at the same time, we inform you and refund you in full.

The contract is formed when your payment is confirmed. Payment is made by card or other methods offered on Stripe's secure payment page. You receive a confirmation by email.

Works are professionally packed and shipped insured door to door with FedEx, normally within 30 days of payment. We confirm the expected date by email.

Please check the package on arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, then tell us within 48 hours with photos so the insurer can be involved.

If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the work, without giving a reason. Tell us clearly by email to the address above, for example: "I withdraw from my purchase of [title], ordered on [date]."

Return the work within 14 days of telling us, in its original packaging and condition. The cost and risk of the return are yours; for safety we recommend insured specialised transport, and we can arrange it at cost on request.

We refund the price, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of your withdrawal, with the same payment method. We may wait until we have received the work back. You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to examine the work.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to works made or modified to your specifications.

Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity of two years from delivery (Belgian Civil Code). Contact us first if a problem appears.

The work remains the property of the seller until it is paid in full. Copyright and reproduction rights stay with the artist; buying a work does not transfer them.

If we cannot agree, consumers may contact the Consumer Mediation Service (Consumentenombudsdienst / Service de Médiation pour le Consommateur), North Gate II, Koning Albert II-laan 8, 1000 Brussels, www.consumentenombudsdienst.be.

Belgian law applies. This does not deprive consumers living in another country of the protection of its mandatory rules. Courts of the consumer's place of residence or of the seller's registered office are competent.
